Privacy Statement

We are committed to respecting the privacy rights of all visitors to our Web site.

Our Web server does not recognize any personally identifiable information. We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail in order to respond to the request or to otherwise resolve the subject matter of your e-mail.

Our Web server, however, automatically recognizes the domain information for statistical purposes, such as, aggregate information on what pages customers access or visit; user domain-specific information on what pages customers access or visit, and information volunteered by the customer. We do not share this information with anyone outside EAI. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then automatically replaced with new and updated information on a weekly basis.

Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide customers with superior service and a smooth experience while using our Web site. The information is used to improve and customize the content and/or layout of our pages.

Regardless of the information being transmitted to EAI, we will protect all such information consistent with applicable law.
