Erie Aviation, Inc. will honor all Aircraft and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranties within stated terms and limitations for the companies we represent. All claims for warranty must include the aircraft tail number, manufacturer's serial number and date of receipt by air carrier. All warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to non-warrantable exceptions. Warranty exchanges or replacement will only be considered when and if a timely repair is impossible due to parts availability.
Warranty on spares (new components not originally provisioned for the aircraft) will be provided in accordance with the OEM's warranty policy. The date of manufacture as stated on the component's data plate must fall within the warrantable period.
ERIE AVIATION, INC. REPAIRS
Repairs performed by Erie Aviation, Inc. are guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year for labor and 30 days for parts from date of shipment. Only the labor and the parts replaced in the specific repair are covered.
ERIE AVIATION, INC. MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS
The warranty period for all new EAI purchased products is one (1) year from purchase date.
Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, calibration and failures caused by the customer and/or shipping damage are not covered.
